General perception of the found risk factors, and ways to approach them was subsequently verified in a survey. Lessons drawn from the faults should be perceived positively as a way to success and development. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In practical part six interviews with nursery school headmasters were carried out and more than one hundred and twenty statements in the form of a questionnaire were obtained. A summarizing result of both parts of the thesis is a set of advice for beginner headmasters.
Ethical values in the Old and New Testament
Proroková, Marie ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Hauser, Michael (referee)
The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part focuses on the ethical values in the Old and New Testament. At the beginning basic concepts are defined, that are essential for the thesis and are related to ethics and moral evaluation. The first part centres on the important events that shaped society and that come from The Bible (Creation, The Ten Commandments, God's contracts with the nation of Israel, the life of Jesus Christ, the parables, The Sermon on the Mount and The Lord's Prayer). The thesis also compares these values with the philosophy of Socrates and then with the approach, that Jan Amos Comenius offered in his work. The second part analyzes views of Christian ethical values today : whether there is a need to know these values, why we should strive for their observance, whether they are current and whether people (Christians and atheists ) honor and follow them. On the basis of the second section I conclude, that our culture is formed under the strong influence of Christianity, these values are still held and are considered important for the functioning of human relationships and society. Although it may seem that these values are not held today, they are still an ideal within our culture and people are trying to achieve them in their lifes.

Verzichová, Klára ; Beneš, Jiří (advisor) ; Holubová, Markéta (referee) ; Dušek, Jan (referee)
1 Summary Starověká teologie Samaritánů: specifická funkce interpolací, duplikací a dalších textových změn v Samaritánském pentateuchu Ancient Theology of the Samaritans: Specific Interpolation, Duplication, and Other Text Changes in the Samaritan Pentateuch Klára Verzichová This thesis focuses primarily on the development of the Ten Commandments in the Samaritan Pentateuch, which is relatively neglected in the Czech Republic. The Samaritan Pentateuch belongs to fascinating text witnesses like the Qumran texts, whose discovery has been a major shift in the theories of biblical texts. A specific feature of the Samaritan Ten Command is the addition of the 10th commandment, which is the compilation of several verses from Deuteronomy. Who and when added the 10th commandment is still the subject of speculation. The aim of the dissertation was to concentrate all relevant text witnesses from the Qumran texts, to analyze them, to provide a probable translation (due to fragmentary form of many of them) and then to compare each other with the Samaritan and Masoretic texts. The aim is, therefore, a biography of the Decalogue - the reconstruction of the textual development of the Samaritan Decalogue and its transformation over time. The text of the work also deals with the general introduction of the Samaritan...

Janovská, Kristýna ; Kolář, Pavel (advisor) ; Drozenová, Wendy (referee)
1 Abstract The diploma thesis handles the theme of didactics of Christian ethics as a school subject with a focus on four-year grammar schools and secondary schools. The syllabus of the thesis is organized the way to give a systematic overview of the issue, therefore the first chapter is dedicated to define the basic concepts which are the gateway for understanding what the Christian ethics is and what it is pursuing. The following chapters give a comprehensive view of the subject didactics as a school subject named Christian Ethics. The fifth chapter presents the Decalogue as the basic methodological text of catechesis, which is also an explicit text for Christian ethics. Each of the commandments is demonstrated by its overlapping to the present as we can see on possible ethical topics for teaching. The final six chapter presents a model of three lessons that can be used within the lectures. The chosen topics represent the specific areas which I currently see as problematic, specifically The value orientation of a person; Respect for nature; Partnership and sexuality from the point of view of Christianity.
